Salted Caramel Brownie Bite on a cooling rack

Hi everyone, Sam listed here once more from Sugar Spun Run. Now I have however a different sweet treat to share: these definitely irresistible, decadent, Salted Caramel Brownie Bites!

Brownies have often been just one of my favorite desserts, but I have not long ago discovered that they are even better (and really a little bit extra addicting) in chunk-sized form. These brownie bites are wonderful on their personal and I have been making them for eternally, but they are even better when crammed. In the earlier I have crammed them with cream cheese frosting or peanut butter frosting (the two are great alternatives!), but filling them with creamy salted caramel is my recent favored.

How to Make Caramel Sauce for Salted Caramel Brownie Bites

The caramel for these brownie bites is super straightforward to make. For today’s recipe, you are going to simply be melting down caramel candies and heavy product.

I like to combine my caramels and my product on the stovetop and soften the caramel on minimal heat, stirring routinely. Preserve stirring right until the combination is completely sleek.

If you do not want to use pre-produced store-acquired caramels, you can use a home made caramel sauce, just continue to keep in brain that this sort of caramel sauce will not firm up rather as considerably as the edition included in this recipe.

Whichever caramel you use, make confident you allow it amazing wholly before biting in — nothing at all ruins a good dessert quite like scalding by yourself with scorching incredibly hot caramel (request me how I know!).

Delight in!
