  1. There are many variations of sweet and sour pork in chinese cuisine, they visited a Sichuan restaurant and it's obvious what they got is a sichuan version. The other one in red with peppers and pineapple is the cantonese version in the southern part of China.

  2. Authentic? That's not authentic. Sweet and sour pork is Cantonese cuisine, what are you doing in a Sichuan restaurant? The video you made back in 2017 was exactly how we do it in China!

  5. Tbh you could find a big chunk of sweet sour pork in china lol you really don't have to fried in in small strips, nobody got time for that, chinese food, stir frying supposed to be quick.

Nothings called authentic really, sweet sour pork taste different in every Chinese region, i would say the orange chicken (americanized version of sweet sour pork) isnt that bad.

  6. Hello All. I come here for the Vegan recipes. Love, Love, Love them all. :-). Before becoming Vegan just over a year ago. I was definitely a sweet and sour pork junky. I do enjoy authentic vegan Chinese food. OMG!!! DELICIOUS. Besides having such amazing Vegan Chinese food, supplementing as a vegan is extremely important. Thank you for those eye popping dishes.
