Anti-Inflammatory Egg Scramble with Bone Marrow (Keto, Paleo, Low-Carb)

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp sumac (optional)
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Heat up the bone marrow fat in a small pan more than medium warmth. Insert the turmeric and sumac and cook dinner until eventually, the spices start releasing their aroma. Make absolutely sure not to burn up!
