An Easy Waffle Recipe

Waffles make a great breakfast or brunch; just add your favorite toppings and you'll have a masterpiece that looks and tastes delicious.

What you'll need to make these waffles...

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoons baking powder

  • 1/4 cup white sugar

  • 2 large eggs or 3 medium or small eggs

  • 3 cups milk

  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil

How the waffles are made...

Directions:

  • Pre heat your waffle iron

  • You'll need two separate bowls

  • Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl - (flour, salt, baking powder and sugar)

  • Mix all the wet in the other bowl - (eggs, milk and vegetable oil)

  • Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture.

  • Stir until all the lumps are gone and batter is smooth

Now go ahead and pour the batter onto your hot iron and whip up a tasty waffle breakfast.
