Easy Perogie Casserole

A delicious easy chicken skillet dinner the whole family can enjoy.

What you'll need to make this easy dinner recipe...

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Kraft Sun-dried Tomato and Oregano salad dressing

  • 2 cups cooked chicken cut into bite size chunks

  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 1/2 cups instant rice

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh mushroom slices, washed and drained

  • 1/2 - (250g,8oz) pkg. light cream cheese (125g, 4oz)

  • 4 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed and drained

  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

How the creamy chicken, spinach & rice skillet is made...

Directions:

  • Heat dressing in skillet over medium heat

  • Add chicken and broth

  • Bring to a boil

  • Stir in rice and mushrooms

  • Return to a boil

  • Cover and simmer on medium/low heat 5 minutes

  • Add spinach

  • Cover

  • Cook for 3 minutes or until spinach is wilted; stir gently

  • Remove from heat

  • Let stand, covered, 5 minutes

  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese

  • Serve
