Super Easy Lemon
Cheesecake Recipe

This has got to be the easiest lemon cheesecake recipe ever... and there is no baking required.

Cheesecake Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. Cream Cheese 1/2 lb (250 grams)

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk 10oz (300 ml)

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

  • 1 cup whipping cream

  • 1 pre-made graham pie crust shell

How the Cheesecake is made:

  • Get out a large mixing bowl

  • Add the cream cheese and using an electric beater, beat until fluffy

  • Now add the condensed milk and lemon juice

  • Continue using the beater and mix together until smooth.

  • In a different bowl beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form

  • Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth

  • Pour the mixture into graham pie crust

  • Refrigerate for 3 hours

  • For faster chill time try placing in freezer for 1 hour and refrigerator for an additional hour
