Kraft Dinner Chicken Confetti

Chicken confetti is a very quick and easy dinner recipe the entire family is sure to enjoy.

Chicken Confetti Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg Kraft Dinner - plus a little milk and margarine as directed on box

  • 3 boneless skinnless chicken breasts

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 - 19 fluid oz can diced tomatoes (540ml)

  • 2 cups frozen green beans

  • 1 cup grated cheese

How the chicken confetti is made:

  • Cook chicken breasts in oil in skillet over medium heat until chicken in same color all the way through

  • Remove meat from skillet and cut into cubes

  • Return cubed chicken to skillet

  • Add tomatoes, beans and oregano

  • Cook with lid on approximately 10 minutes or until beans are desired tenderness - stirring occasionally

  • Turn off burner

  • While chicken/bean mixture is cooking, cook Kraft Dinner in separate saucepan according to directions on box

  • Add to chicken mixture

  • Mix well

  • Sprinkle with cheese and heat just until cheese is melted and entire meal is heated through
