Fiesta Mac

What you'll need to make fiesta mac & cheese...

Recipe Ingredients:

1 - 14oz (400g) pkg Kraft Macaroni and Cheese Dinner DeluxeOriginal (Pasta and Cheddar Sauce)
1 lb lean ground beef
1 large pepper chopped - I used a red one, but any color would be fine
2 cups frozen corn
1 cup salsa

How the fiesta mac is made:

Brown meat with pepper
Drain
Cook corn in a covered microwaveable dish with a little water for approcimately seven minutes - stirring halfway through cooking
Drain
Cook pasta as per box instructions
Add meat, corn and salsa to pasta
Mix well and heat through
Serve
