Easy Pumpkin Pie

Easy Pumpkin Pie

A delicious easy pumpkin pie recipe; perfect for the holidays and special occasions.

Pumkin Pie Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 - 14 oz (398ml) can pure pumpkin

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp ginger

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 3/4 cup canned milk

  • 1 - 9 inch unbaked frozen deep dish pie shell

How the pumkin pie is made:

  • Beat eggs lightly in medium size bowl

  • Add pumpkin, sugar, spices and salt

  • Stir until well combined

  • Blend in milk

  • Pour filling into pie shell

  • Bake at 425F for 15 minutes

  • Reduce oven temperature to 350F and bake an additional 45 minutes or until knife insterted in center comes out clean

  • Cool

  • Refrigerate unused portions

  • Freezes well

Serve with whipped cream, cool whip or vanilla ice cream.
