Easy Perogie Casserole

Easy Ham & Perogie Casserole

Casserole Ingredients:

  • 20 - 25 frozen perogies

  • 2 cups cooked diced ham

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

  • 2 cups shredded cheese - cheddar or marble

How the Casserole is made:

  • In a greased lasagna pan place frozen perogies in a single layer

  • Top with cooked ham

  • In separate bowl whisk milk with canned soup

  • Spoon equally over casserole

  • Top with shredded cheese

  • Bake at 350F for 50 minutes or until perogies in center of dish are cooked

A delicious way to use up left over ham.
