Easy Festive Surprise Spread

Recipe Ingredients:

• 1 package light cream cheese softened
  
  
• 1/2 cup sour cream
  
  
• 1 cup real mayonnaise - not Miracle Whip or other white salad dressing
  
  
• 1 jar seafood sauce
  
  
• 1 can shrimp meat drained well or 1 small shrimp ring washed and drained well with tails removed
  
  
• 1 - 2 cups grated cheese
  
  
• 1 small tomato finely chopped
  
  
• 2 or 3 green onions chopped
  
  

How the Spread is made:

• Blend first three ingredients until smooth
  
  
• Spread on bottom of pizza pan or similar size tray
  
  
• Top with seafood sauce
  
  
• Sprinkle with layers of shrimp meat, grated cheese, chopped tomato and chopped green onions
  
  
• Keep refrigerated until ready to serve
  
  
• Serve with snack crackers like vegetable thins or wheat thins
