Quick and Easy Curry Shrimp

Curried Shrimp & Vegetable Rice

This recipe is by far the fastest and easiest curry dinner recipe around.

What you will need to make this curry shrimp...

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of condensed mushroom soup

  • 2 cans of shrimp, drained or 1 bag of cooked frozen shrimp, thawed (12oz, 340g size bag) - Make sure the shrimp are peeled and deveined with tails removed

  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder

How the curry shrimp is made...

Directions:

  • Put the condensed soup into a sauce pan and heat on low.

  • Add curry powder and stir until well blended and mixture is heated

  • Add shrimp to the curry mixture and continue to stir (gently) until shrimp are heated right through

  • Serve over your favorite rice and vegetables
